MOBV-P#60G¹ Data Banking on Standalone Plans:
a. Unused data can only be banked up to a maximum of 500GB.
b. If a higher inclusion plan is downgraded to a smaller plan, then the data banked will be forfeited
c. If a service is suspended, it will retain it’s banked data, but it will not accumulate more data each month it remains suspended
d. If a customer changes plan to a plan that is not eligible for data banking (e.g. Data Pooling plans), their included data will be forfeited
e. If a service ports away or is terminated in error, all data is forfeited, customer will need to start accumulating data again from zero
² Unlimited calls include domestic standard number destinations only. Satellite phones, special services, directory services and international numbers are excluded.
³ Unlimited SMS include domestic standard number destinations only. SMS to 13/1300, SMS to 18/1800, and SMS to international numbers are excluded.
⁴ Data Pooling customers can have up to 300 users per pool. These services do not have “data banking” or rollover features, the data pool will be forfeited at the end of each billing period based on the pool’s anniversary date.
