Off-Net Fixed Line termination applies to FLRN numbers that terminate to an 02, 03, 07, or 08 XXXX XXXX number that is not provided by IT’S FUBAR. Finally, the Off-Net Mobile Termination rate applies when a 1300, 1800, or 13 number is terminated to an Australian mobile phone number.
